electronic flasher unit???

ok...so bought all new bulbs for the whole car leds, hids just bought the civic about a month ago...and i know for the turn signals you need to change the flasher relay....but where is it????? got a 08 civic lx

inside the cluster... there is no way of finding and changing it... a load resostor is your only bet.
