Where can I get Philip 4300k

Does anyone know where is a good place to get Philip 4300k hid? It seems that not many place sell Philip now, instead most places sell those HID made in China or Korea.....Any other good OEM suggestion?

well if you're running a D2 plug, if thats what its called, you can get a set of D2R bulbs that are rebased for 9006 at HIDEXPERT .
