hid cut off on reflectors help?

can someone show/tell me how to adjust it?right now its shooting like 15ft high!

pop your hood on the car. look down behind the headlight housing, you'll see a circular object with triangular edges. use a phillips head screw driver to adjust. there's a hole in the frame that you'd put the screwdriver through to adjust. on your rad cover there are directions to which side to turn to go Up or Down. you'll need a long screwdriver too.

so i guess i aim it at my garage and try to make it a striaght line?
