does anyone suggest the $12.99 hid bulbs off ebay or going with a $250 setup?

also .. is $60 the cheapest for the JDM red civic badge?

I suggest a retrofit or if you can't afford it at least a D2R HID bulbs and ballast; Preferably 4300k though.

12 bulbs won't do anything for you... you need a ballast to power them up
