Nublet question?

So i have a pnp HID kit in now that is 8K and i would like to dial down to 6K or maybe lower. can i swap out the bulb for this or is it the ballasts that determine temp??????

It's the bulbs that need to be swapped out.

I keep on asking myself the same question. I have a 6k want to go down to
5k, I thought I need to change the ballast.
