foglight brightness

Hey everyone,

I recently got foglights installed on my 4d civic, I had the mechanic wire the lights with the amber turn lights so when i turn on the car the lights stay off but goes on with parking and driving lights.

I found the brightness was ok so I switched in 3000K yellow bulbs which is still ok... Is it no bright enough because the ambers don't draw much power or do I just need 6K bulbs...

hope he used a relay when he tapped into the running lights. drawing an extra 110 watts through the running light harness is a really bad idea.
