So lost with foglight and VSA issues...

I know people have a lot of threads on this but it seems as if no one has answered my question..Im wondering if I were to get some yellow OEM foglights and have honda install them for me, could they make it so they don't remove my VSA button on my 07 si coupe? Like have them turn on when I turn on my headlights? The reason being is that everytime I call honda and ask them, their usuall answer is " We are not sure, we are too busy right now" lol if anyone knows you will save me a great deal of trouble

on the 07's the fog light switch is on the turn signal arm/switch (that gets replaced), not sure about the yellow part though

the instructions for the sedans at collegehillshonda (and the kit itself) call for a a replacement turning signal stalk that adds a fog light switch. can you use that kit (or those harnesses+switch which can be ordered separately) instead?

If you buy a 06 OEM kit or a knock off Ebay kit you get a switch.

If you buy a OEM 07 or 08 kit you get a whole new turn signal/headlight stalk that includes a foglight ring. As you don't have a place for the switch on the 07-08 coupe.

The link the other member posted above goes to a thread about combining the 07-08 OEM kit stalk and the Ebay kit for 07-08 owners.

ya i was planning on buying some yellow fogs (honda actually has them there) and they said it will be $374 and they will do the same thing, have them turn on with the stalk when the headlights come on, so the VSA switch is still there but get this...they want $300-500 for labor....wtf...lol thats like $600-800 for fogs from honda? are they jerking my chain cause i know they can give good deals (they did on my HFP lip) so i think there just trying to get my money since im a kid lol what do you guys think?

I wouldn't pay that much for that. YOu can get those fogs for like a hundred and ask for help from one of the members in your area and you can probably pay them less than that.
