2007 EX Sedan Foglight question

Hey guys..I am new the boards, I just bought my 2007 civic this week, I had a 2000 civic, then bought a 2005 srt-4, but I couldn’t take it, I loved my Honda so I bought another civic. I am trying to figure out this whole fog light mess. It is a EX sedan ( I have a kid now, need 4 doors hehe), It doesn’t have the cut outs on the front bumper for the fogs, I see some sedans with foglights in the middle. Where do I get that kit? If it OEM? I would like yellow ones; also do the kits come with a switch on the blinker control? Ive seen so many set ups. If I bought the OEM kit do I have all the necessary plugs to hook up the fog lights or do i need to run new wires? Any help I would appreciate! Thanks for your time.

Just a heads up, if you don't mind the fact that they're not OEM, there are much cheaper alternatives that are still good quality. Just search around and you can find some pretty good deals. I got mine for $80 and absolutely love them!
