anyone using luminics "Krypton" series bulbs?

I'm curious to hear if anyone had any fitment or heat issues with the Krypton series bulbs (they are 30% wider)... especially in their fogs. the wattage is appropriate for our cars, so additional heat shouldn't be an issue!?

here are some links:

h11: Luminics USA - Luminics Headlight Bulbs

9005: Luminics USA - Luminics Headlight Bulbs

Thanks in advance.

subscribed. I'm installing some fogs here shortly and have been debating the purchase of those krypton series bulbs.

I was using the 9005's for my DRL/highbeams. I thought they were pretty good. They are definitely brighter than the standard jdm yellow (compared with a friend). I took mine out recently because yellow in the high beam will not pass PA inspection...

Thanks. Did you like the color whilst in DRL mode?

Bump for people using the h11's.

I will resurrect this thread

Just install the new Luminic Krypton Fat bulbs in my fogs H11
I have to adjust the inside light diffusers ring so the sides did not touch the bulb. I just used the handle side of a small screwdriver and ever so slightly adjusted it so it don't touch the sides of the fat bulb. NOT MUCH ROOM ON SIDES.

MY THING IS THIS, this ring is made to get hot, so i fee, I will not have any problems..lets see.

Now, the results, WOW, THEY LOOK LIKE YELLOW HID'S...AWESOME..

i had used these krypton titanium white with my DRL (9005) my low beams (9006) and for my fogs (H11). They look really good IMO, its def alot brighter than stock bulbs, and it gives a HID like appearance, and they were def brighter.

However, since going through 2 sets of bulbs for my low beams within a year, and i didnt touch the bulb wit my fingers, I decided to go with HID's for my low beams. I still however have these luminics bulbs for my DRL and fogs.

Overall recommended, but if you have the money, I say just buy a set of HID's from XenonDepot
