Help deciding on HIDs + Fogs - never mod'd before

Hey everyone. So I've been looking at this site almost nonstop since I purchased my 08 civic 5 months back, and this is actually my first post. I'm EXTREMELY interested in getting HID lights and Fog lights for my Civic. Currently everything is factory on the car, nothing modified, and I've never done any modifying before. My grandpa's extremely good with anything mechanical so he can help me out with the installation part. I just need help with the initial purchases.

So 1.) HID lights. - My main question is does anyone know the cheapest spot I can get the highest quality lights? I don't mind buying them on eBay. I'm just looking for a link to one that I should get. Trying to keep this on the cheaper side.

2.) Same thing with Fogs. Cheapest fogs? I want white ones - not yellow.

PS- I have an 08 Civic COUPE.

3.) Whats the difference between HID, Xenon, Projectors,

1.i jus bought my 6000k hid from ebay for about 80 shipped from one of those powersellers around 2 months ago and with no problems..ill pm u the link
2.same thing as the hid....jus look for oem style clear fogs
3.and the link u have on ebay for those projectors are trashh....stay AWAY!

3. Those eBay aftermarket projectors are absolute garbage. In addition to getting those, you'd have to buy HIDs. You mind as well consider throwing some more cash in to invest in a retrofit which would look much more appealing and be more practical.

3. a lot of people dont like the output that the ebay projectors put out. go for a retrofit.
