Question How would i simply make my Hi-Beams Stay Off?

What i mean is like during the day keep them off and @ night if I have my headlights off... so are my Hi-beams....

How will water get in?

You take the fuse out, or just unplug the harness from the bulb, bulb is still in the socket, nothing will get in.

Try searching for things like DRLs and turning them off

and there is no need to type in huge font like that.
