Question about Fogs & Courtesy Lights

According to College Hills Honda :

Quote:
NOTE: Cannot be installed together with fog lights on LX and EX trims.
Why? Anyone have both installed? Thanks - Travis

I was hoping it could be done. I ordered the OEM Foglight Kit from a guy on Ebay (only $215shipped!) and just stopped by my local Honda dealer and picked up the Courtesy Lights today. Busy weekend ahead...lol. Thanks...

The courtesy lights came with the switch/plate and the fogs are coming with a new turn signal switch/stalk. My concern was they both use the blue plug in the fuse panel right?

Installed them yesterday. Ended up picking them up from a guy on Ebay which turns out is a member here : Millcitytech. Awesome guy to deal with. Anyway they went in pretty smooth. I have no idea why College Hills says both can't be installed because they use two totally different plugs. About freaked out when I got done and hit the key though... My radio had : Enter Code on the screen. I hit a few buttons and then it flashed Code Error 1. Got to looking in my owners manual and a service tech had wrote it down thankfully..! All in all I'd say the Courtesy Lights are a 4/10 in difficulty and the Fogs were 6/10.
