Whats a cheap but good way to go HID

Hey guys what is a cheap reliable way to go hids? i'm not looking to break the bank or anything but i want a good way to increas light output let me know where and how much!!!

the bmw guys go with this brand called apex cone hid. you can get them for 145 at this u n d e r s t e e r . c o m without the relay harnesses. i dont think you need the relay harnes because they come with 2 bulbs, 2 balast and 2 plug and play harnesses. good luck. please dont go over 8000k. i hate the pure blue look.
