Talking my retros are finally finished!

i've been waiting about month for these to get finished. they get shipped out to me tomorrow and i cant wait to put them on.

i wasnt a big fan of what everyone else was getting. so i went the simpler route as nobody seems to have. nothing was painted or cleared. everything was left chrome to give that OEM look.

these are the parts:

- S2000 Projectors
- BMW E46 Shrouds, chrome
- Chrome Reflector left intact
- Amber Turn Signals left intact
- Philips D2S 85122+ bulbs

here are pics of the finished product:

since i'm already running Denso ballasts with D2R bulbs all i need are new bulbs to fit the projector.

this is all thanks to Welcome to LightWerkz.net . Caesar did an awesome job.

I dont know if I would have spent that kind of coin on a stock look. To each his own.

THey do look good, kind of like the way it should have come from the factory.

everyone has their opinions on how they want their retros to look. i wanted an OEM look where it wouldnt stand out at first glance...until they turn on.

also, they're colour modded and sharpened.

i will def. post pics when i get them as i'll probably need to align them at the same time. i also ordered some more goodies that arent light related.

i feel you i wanted the oem look but because of the condition of the lights i bought it was impossible.

so i i'm having custom lights do my second set

here a pic of my first set..didnt like the blacked out look all that much..

that doesnt look too bad for your colour car. i've got yellow DRL bulbs too which i'll swap over to the new lights.

another thing is there are way too many people with MDX shrouds.

i like the e46 shrouds alot of people dont...im going with s2k shrouds this time and TL projectors

edit: leaving everything OEM in intact makes GG to dark in the front when its black

Congrats. Looks nice with all chrome. My setup is with the TSX, chrome E46 and my reflectors were painted black. Be sure to post up some installed and shot pics with those S2K projectors!
