normal HID concern ?

hey guys hows its going,well i`ve had this concern since i installed the hidZZ myself so this is my concern every time i turn the car on and turn my headlights on my hid`s come on and usually my left hid will be a totally different color and as it gets hotter it turns the correct color,begins to blink rapidly only for about 3 seconds then everything is all right happens every time i turn my lights on all this happens only about 10 seconds from point i turn them on doesnt really bother me but just wondering what you guys think ?

by the way these are plug and play 9K hids no relay was installed

Something's not connected properly. Actually, that sort of sounds like a ballast going sour.

everything defintly connected the right way, checked everything twice before i was satisfied with the install , i agree that might be a ballast going sour but had them installed for like 3 months now its done it since day 1 , i have 1 year warranty should i call them up and tell them my issue ?
