how to Adjust OEM Style Foglights?

After you are done with foglights installation and put the bumper back, how to do you adjust the lights, vertically and horizontally?

You have to remove some of the clips of the bottom of the bumper so you can squeeze your hand in there and turn the knob on the back of the fogs. Turning the knob adjust the light to point higher or lower. Thats the only adjustment.
