Searching for the right option

HI guys, I am new on this site. I have a 08 Civic Si Coupe and I was thinking about changing the lights.
Should I go for the projectors and replace the whole headlights or should I just get the HID kits?

I was looking at these headlights:

06-07 HONDA CIVIC 2DR JDM LED HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS w/ AMBER REFLECTOR - BLACK

and these tail lights:

06-07 HONDA CIVIC 2D ALTEZZA TAIL LIGHTS - JDM BLACK

Please let me know! Also, does it matter if these are for the 06 and 07? I don't see any difference between these years and the 08...

Not sure how those will turn out, the headlights, but I also got myself a pair for a 4dr. It's chrome instead of black, but this is out the light output turned out.

Thanks! I see the problem with those, the gap between them... Now I was thinking about putting overlays (that saves me some $$ and still look good). Anyone has a good website where to get these from? I was looking at this website:

Let me know what you think about the headlights and tail lights... I would get the reverse cut out... Also I need to know if these are legal in Maryland... help!!!!
