i need help!

about two months ago i installed my h.i.d. 1 month later my left side stopped working. It started out with the light flashing everytime i turn on my headlights then all of the sudden my left side just stop working.
My friend recommended me to get a strong harness that plugs into the stock one.
i tried doing that but it still doesnt work. i tried moving my right bulb to the left side and that doesnt work.
i tried using other ballast and that didnt work as well
im guessing there must be some problem with the stock harness and my question would be if i took it back to honda would they get it fix for me?
