Any chance of getting a pic at night of how the highs shine down a dark roadway? I'm just interested in seeing the output before I bother buying any bulbs.

sure i can do that, but it might take a few days since my camera is at my dads and i do all my shots there. maybe this weekend?

but i must say from my experience with these bulbs, they DO show enough stuff up high but everything has a yellow tint (obvious but just in case some dont know hehe)
it of course does not have as much output as the stock highbeams since the color temp is down at 2500K.

from another standpoint, i DO have HID low beams so it might seem more dim for me compared to someone who would have them with stock halogen low beams because of the fact that my HIDs have so much light output (i love them)

i will say that my luminics high beams do get the job done though.

i will take some pictures tho, hope this helps!

nah i didnt use relays. orientexpress(sp?) explained in his DIY how the wire gauges are the same and that it wouldnt change anything except make the wires longer and consume more time. and longer wires = longer delay for electricity to get from point A to point B. makes sense to me.

they do flicker every now and then here and there, but nothing annoying or dangerous where i would fear my lights shorting out or anything. im pretty sure its nothing out of the ordinary for a pnp kit.

let me know if im wrong though *gasp*

Are the high beams on in those pics? Or are they in DRL mode?

nah those are the high beams on. there is a way to keep the DRLs on though, if you reroute some wires, but too much work.

I had them as my highbeam/DRL as well, loved them. But I had to sell em due to a retro fit.

Looks good. I'm planning to upgrade my 9005 bulbs when the summer warms up. Unfortunately, I don't want to be doing any car work in -22ºC weather.
