I haven't had a problem with mine. I have the kit BTW and it has gotten recently about 15 degrees I had no problem. The only thing is sometimes they blink sometimes its only noticeable if you are looking for it.

i got the VVME kit and there have been afew times where one bulb wont fire up and when i click off/on real quick they both turn on. Thing is, they were real cheap so if it doesnt work long, oh well.
plus, one headlight puts out more than the stock light so i can drive just fine w/ one bulb

That's most likley not going to fix your problem. If the problem IS IN FACT your ballast, a cheap one probably won't be of good quality and thus will not correct the issue. If it's not the ballast, but the bulb, a new ballast is not going to do anything for you. |

I have the K-light kit from China. I have had this kit since June with no problems until last Friday. It was -10F and stupid me, I turn on my headlights after my car has sat in the cold weather for 2 days. The driver side headlight didn't fire up but the passenger light did. I haven't touched the car since Friday night so hopefully they will work after I warm the car up or I have to take the car apart in 20F weather! YAY nothing better than frozen hands trying to work in a cramped space!
