This message is a warning for not only civic owners but for ALL AUTOMOTIVE OWNERS.
Here is how it went down, I had business with a website company name XenonMods.com (i'm sure some of you guys know it) and this is my experience. Not too long ago I ordered Chrome Bulbs from them for my signal lights. On his website which only listed his email as a source of communication, promised the product to be at our steps within 1-2 business days. Of course, I would understand if it took a little longer. So I bought them and paid through paypal, which was charged right away. It has been more than a week now and I still haven't seen my bulbs. I sent him 3 e-mails throughout the week asking him nicely to track and inform me of the status of my bulbs. LIKE many customers that I later found out (which you can just google) there were no response from the guy and some just lose their money. SO I'm letting all you guys know, that although not everyone get this problem from this business, a good number of people do so the next time you think about going there, I hope you read this first. Becareful! This is MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, it makes me angry to riped off. Probably going to talk to Paypal sooner or later. I dont know why I'm still giving him a chance, hoping that it will show up. If any of you guys have anything to add, it'll be most appreciated. Always DO RESEARCH before buying! I can't believe my noobness.

Anyways guys, here are a couple of links from customers in other forums that had the problem (you could find them on google, but I just thought it'll be convenient if i paste them here for you all to read). There are many more that share the same experience as I. The interesting one is the Mustang forum guy. Because he filed a complaint at Paypal and then the owner of the business went ape-sh*t with insults at the customer.

After talking to PayPal, I recieved the product in the mail today. I requested a refund a couple of days ago and just finished retracting the request. God this was a hassle. Guy never even responded to a single e-mail! Nor did he post any phone number! This is certainly the first and last time with this "business".
