TSX projector in high and low beam housing?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there could be any problem with trying to put a TSX projector in the high beam housing in addition to the low beam housing? I've seen some posts stating that the fx 45 bi xenon projectors have poor light output. I had planned on using the fx45 bi xenon projectors in a retrofit until then. I want to have bi xenon, so I thought maybe I could place tsx projectors in the high beam housing. I know for a fact that when you turn on the high beams the low beams still stay on. Obviously this would cost more buying another set of projectors. Either way I want to have bi xenon...anybody know any other bi-xenon projectors i could use. What about TL projectors? Also I'm somewhat in the dark about wiring. How do I get Xenon bulbs to fit in the projectors I choose, but still fit into the factory wiring on the other end. If I bought a pnp kit the xenon bulbs screws into the factor halogen setup and the wiring plugs into the factory plugs. Any information whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!!

fx are okay with a lense swap.
How about tsx on the low beam area and fx35 w/a cheap $30 buck clear lense on the high beam section?
So, when you turn on your low beams, both the fx low beam and tsx will power on. And whenever you hit the high beam, the solenoid on the fx will activate having more output.
It has been done before. check customlightz for some pictures on a "quad" setup.

Check out eXTCspeed's retrofit. He has multiple projectors, which is who striker is referring to.

If you want a lot of good info i'd chekc out HIDplanet.com or try and contact user: -Boinic- on this forum.

However, from what little I do know, I dont think you will achieve the effect youre hoping by adding projectors tot he high-beam housing. You will just project more light into the same area already lit up by the low beam.

Bionic has done a quad set up before. Mainly just mucho brightness but im sure if you aim it up a bit more you would get the same effect as highbeam but would blind the crap out of oncoming traffic.

I'm not sure why someone would say that the FX output is poor... I guess I'm somewhat biased and can't really talk about stock FX projectors, as I have a clear-lens hybrid, but I'm quite pleased with my output. It's comparable to the TSX in every way. I've had both TSX and FX with clear lens now, and I could be happy with both. When the road is dark now however, there is NOTHING like bi-xenon headlights to light my way. It's not even comparable to halogen highs.

Thanks guys for all your help...its greatly appreciated! One more thing I was wondering about is how to fit the bulbs into the projectors and plug them into my wiring. Do I just buy a PNP kit so it plugs into my cars wiring, and then just modify the bulb to fit into the projectors? Thanks again

^ If your getting a retrofit from customlightz then you buy a wiring harness to go with it and D2S bulbs and ballasts and all that - everything should be included.
