Thumbs up SuperBright LEDs - A+ service

A quick praising of SuperBright LEDs. Ordered on 12/3 & package delivered on 12/6.

USPS Priority Mail shipping vs UPS/FedEx ground = much faster delivery.

All the lights worked just fine, were packaged well, & prices & shipping fees were fair. Will definitely buy from them again if the need arises.

I bought the 9-LED blue festoon bulbs for map & dome lights, white LED license plate lights (got one 6-LED light & one high power 1-LED to compare), & dozen or so single LEDs to make courtesy lights.

Nothing that hasn't already been posted on 8th dozens of times, so nothing very special. When I'm done with the courtesy lights (soldered them all up today before work), I'll put up a pic or two. Just replaced the festoons with blue, am adding 4 single LEDs under dash to be faint always-on (with headlights) courtesy lights, and adding the "electropods" kit to be bright blue courtesy lights to come on & fade when the doors are opened.

Waiting for my replacement head unit to get here <hurry up UPS!> I'll do the courtesy lights when i swap that out so I'm not ripping apart the dash twice. Should be sometime this week.

Both license plate bulbs seem the same. Same brightness, same pattern, same color. About the same brightness as stock bulbs, just whiter light. The 90° bulbs I've seen pictured here are much brighter - maybe not brighter, but they cast all their light in the wanted direction - more efficient might be a better choice of words.

If it took more than 30 secs or cost more than a few bucks to swap out both bulbs, I'd say it isn't worth doing. Not like someone is going to notice - "Wow - that guy's license plate is lit up really nicely!" But they're cheap & will probably last the life of the car (& for a Civic that's saying a lot), so that's probably the most benefit.

I'm at work or else I'd post up a quick picture. Maybe when I get home tonight if I'm not too tired...

Within 24 hours of replacing the LP bulbs to the single high power led from superbrightleds, I had 2 compliments. They noticed and both said in other words that it was a nice added touch to the rear. So people do notice.

SuperbrightLEDs.com is a very dependable company.

Bought my license plate LEDs from them, and shipping was super fast!

Not to mention it looks great too!

Edit : Pics of my license plate LEDs here when I installed it.
