Help on finding out what projectors are good!

I am planning to replace my headlights because one of them cracked (my mom hit my ladder in the garage) and yeahhhhh... she told me that she would pay for one new headlight, but it turns out that one new stock headlight would cost over $200. So I was thinking about just getting a nice looking pair of projectors and i searched some up and found this site. Can you guys tell me if this is a good brand. And if i buy this, will it come with the whole headlight casing, where i can just plug it in (will i get everything shown in the picture). Because like i said, the case for my damaged headlight cracked. Oh and if you can recommend any other brand, can you please send links?

This is what I am planning to get http://www.k2motor.com/4lhpcv062ks.html

Thanks a lot guys, much is appreciated

Yes, those are absolutely complete. Comes with everything you need. As far as quality, no, they're not all that good.

Ring up Collegehills Honda to see what their price on a single headlight is. Barring that, there's this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/06-07...spagenameZWDVW

Please refrain from buying projector headlights. Retrofit or just use your stock halogen reflectors.

all the projectors available for the civics are made by one company (JUNYAN) who does a piss poor job of it. I can attest to this, as my freshly received headlights are sitting right beside me, only one of them doesn't work.
Totally, get them retrofitted. i was a fool.

Umm, about 800 with a little shopping, I'd say.

Negative. The only ones that break the $1000 mark are either due to the following reasons:

1) The person getting the retrofit is not looking in the correct places for the best deal, they are simply looking for an item and purchasing it without shopping around for good prices.

2) The person getting the retrofits added quite a bit of options that eventually stack up and raise the price. For example, color modding, lens swapping, angel eyes, CCFL, quadruple projectors, etc.

I think those are the only two reasons why an average projector retrofit setup would ever break the $1000 mark, let alone the ~$800 mark as Izzy stated above me.

I've seen ebay aftermaket headlights - they're not pretty, and they are made poor. Getting the bulbs to seat properly, fit, etc.

I know it sucks to pay that much for a single headlight - but buy an OEM one from honda. You'll be upset if you don't.

or - if you really want to upgrade, look at a retrofit (having acura or other HID lights put into your headlights) roughly 800+ for parts/labor
customlightz.com is a vendor on the site who does them,

edit -but you'd still need an OEM headlight for them to use

Just a question - Does anyone know if it is possible to swap out the stock headlights in a 2003 si for TSX projectors? Has anyone done it or know what all is involved if it's possible? I work for Honda and have a customer wanting us to do this for him. Any input would be much appreciated!!

Not swap them out but you can retrofit the TSX projector to the headlight of the 03 SI. http://www.customlightz.com/

What about the Acura CSX (Canadian model) I here that it's basically a civic with Acura markings (slightly different body parts) I wonder if the CSX HID Headlights would fit in the Civic??

*EDIT*

nevermind, I see now that they are shaped differently
