Hey, I was just wondering who makes the best HID kit for the Civic and best price. Also which bulb setup should I buy? I have no clue...

Sorry buddy you are completely wrong. Yellow fogs are NHTSA and DOT approved(trust me I know) Which means they are legal at a federal level. Which trumps state law.
Their was a even a plan in the early eighties to "french" all new model cars. The plan was scrapped because it proved to be untrue that yellow lights reduce fatigue on the eyes.

Yellow fogs are superior to all other colors with the exception of green because they are an extremely long wavelength of light which does not scatter in fog or mist as easily as say a short wavelength light(white or blue). Which in turn reduces "backblast" from the light reflecting off the fog ruining your night vision and actually making it harder to see.

Here's a link to the pics of my TSX w/ minigun shrouds and gunmetal paint:

HID ILLUSIONZ [new york city]: Honda Civic TSX Minigun HID Projector Retrofit Headlights

I would appreciate some feedback on what you guys think. I really like them (the gunmetal is a lot flatter than the example they show on their site, but I still think it looks good). I'm going to see if they can paint the lens retainer (the chrome piece around the projector lens) gunmetal also, it looks a bit weird being the only chrome piece.

Any comments welcome...

don't know exactly yet, but I think they're charging me between $300 and $350. That's just for the labor and shrouds; I sent them the projectors and housings, and have my own HID kits at home.
