No, D2R setups put out 2800 lumens and they distribute the light evenly. As for your pnp kit, you have two hotspots and you can only see right in front of you and not that far either. besides, I bet those D2R in your wife's subaru are old and have long colorshifted and now put out less than 2000 lumens. Also, I bet you can see road signs real well. Glare is making them shine.

never had any issue with mine either, had them for about a year in my 07 Fit, and never got bothered by a cop once, even with the H4 HID kit in teh headlights, most time when new models of cars coming out all the time, police just don't no wether it's stock or not, or rather HID or not in the case of yellow fogs, since they are bright to begin with.

As far as i knew even stock vehicles when u purchase tell u not to use the yellow fogs unless offroading
most cops are lazy, and in the state of CT they are still illegal, and i have seen friends get pulled over for them so ya HIDs yellow are REALLY annoying, and i will beat the crap outta any idiot who puts them in their car |

Besides, lexus uses those clear bulbs and on top of that, they have this what we often call "yellow condoms" which is like a condom is what makes of a more yellower output. These all come from lexus itself. |

INCORRECT lol
ever heard of jeep? or land rover? they produce vehicles with off roading only fog lamps available for the vehicle from the dealer and i do know that for a fact because i have been at the dealerships now i know jack bout lexus, except they are overpriced toyotas, but i would assume that the dealers also sell parts like this for the vehicle And i would like a quotation of the law saying the yellow fogs are legal lol i spoke to 2 dif cops, and they are illegal, in ANY vehicle if they were legal, cops said even they would have them, as they need them in fog situations up here (and for some reason the wtby pd wont get them for their vehicles, even tho we have REALLY bad fog.. wetlands) yellows are illegal for on road use due to bad reflections and the blinding of people the same goes for HID conversions, 100W+ halogens, and the changing/addition of other colors to your car yellow fogs in non fog situations provide HORRIBLE glare, way worse than any half ass HID conversion ive seen so i cant see how they are DOT approved |
