Retro help-Wrong Harness?
I ordered the following harness from XenonDepot:
http://www.xenondepot.com/product.php?product_id=50 9006 I'm in the process of a retrofit on my 07 Civic EX, I'm using TSX ballasts/bulbs-- This harness does not plug into the TSX ballasts nor does it look plug into the factory bulb harness on my car, even though it looks like it will it won't lock tite Are there any harnesses out there that will plug into the TSX ballasts? I believe all ballasts have different power plugs and these harnesses are universat fit. You have you wire it in yourself or find a TSX ballast plug and wire it into that and plug it in. But the harness should plug right into your factory 9006 harness.

So providing I can connect the other end to the car I could just get somebody to solder the wires directly on there? This is by far a much cheaper alternative for me than spending over $350.00 on new bulbs, philips ballasts, etc..

Chris is absolutely correct. Those are the correct ground and positive. The TSX ballasts are almost always sold without the ground/positive plugs. What I do for my customers is that I buy the small female plugs, which fit perfectly over each prong, and solder that to the pnp wire harness. To secure it even further, though, not needed, I also add hot glue the plugs in place. I assume clear silicone would be just as efficient; though, it takes longer to cure. The only warning I got to tell you about the TSX ballasts, is the ignition wire, and the cap, which are very fragile and tend to go out before the actual ballast. Also, the TSX ballast are one of the most sensitive to water; thus, place them securly and away from water. Hope this helps
