Help with HIDs

I just purchased the HIDs for my 06 Civic. I read over the installation instructions and followed DIYs from this site. I double checked the cords and everything. But when I tried to turn on the lights, nothing happened at all. Can someone help me? I have no idea why. I'm sure the (stock) fuses are okay because my stock halogen bulbs work fine. Please help. Thanks in advance!

you might need to push the connectors in a bit harder OR you need to switch them around. You might have the negative with the positive side so switch them around.

I tried that. I pressed them into there far enough to where I heard a click. I even reversed the stock harness plug and that didn't work either -_-

I had the same problem. The problem was that the plug comming from the HID light that is supposed to plug into the stock plug was to deep. So the plugs even tho it felt like it was plugged in was not. We just cut off the top of the aftermarket plug, plugged it into the stock one, and wrapped it in electrical tape. The plugs stayed fine without the electrical tape, but we put it on just incase. Hope this helps.

It's usually a ground issue. Retrofit?
