CL does good work, but Caveman treats his customers WAY WAY better. This coming from a CL customer that wishes he went to Caveman

can we get a cutoff from farther away and not a picture from the side? Want to see that blue-ness.

Hi SIchodelic

Not sure what we did to make you feel that our customer service wasn't as good as our quality. Just curious; I feel we can always improve, so some pointers are much appreciated.

Kevin, why are you getting on Chris for choosing another retrofitter? And why taking it so personal? When we spoke back then, I tried to make you feel better about the whole situation; didn't I? Dude it's not good to take business too personal, just learn from it. I hope you can overlook it.

Kevin, I know you haven't been in the business that long; I don't intend on being rude here, but in this industry people either like your work or they don't, and if not, then they will let someone else start and finish, or finsh a project. In this case, we didn't really finish it, we end up redoing everything, and I had to use a new set of Si reflectors since the reflectors were damaged. If Chris wanted the headlights painted, then we would have been able to repair the reflectors, and paint over it, but since he wanted it left chrome, I got him a new set of reflectors

I don't want to get into what I saw, or what we did. That's besides the point. I personally don't feel that, he owes any acknowledgement to you, since we didn't continue your work, but basically did a new retrofit for him. Second, if he wasn't satisfied with the quality, then that's his opinion, and he has every right to get the look that he wants as long as he pays for it right? To my understanding, Chris spend enough on money on his retrofit, which would have gotten him two.

Personally, I encourage those customers who come to me un-happy, to get it resolved with the person who did it in the first place. But, I can't control the outcome. It is what it is, and let's move on

Just my opinion.
