Retrofit Gurus....lights not working....

Well the other night I drove my brothers home after whooping their asses in tennis

, and my lights were working fine. I turned off my car, picked up some shit, then went back out and headed to my apartment. Lights worked fine. Then I turn off my car for a little bit, go for a ride on the bike, and then decide to take the car to go show it off at the local hang out. I get in, start it, and turn on the headlights.....no light at all. Everything else works, but headlights are just not powering up. I checked the grounds on my ballasts, nothing got wet, and I also check all the fuses dealing with my headlights (under dash, under hood, and in wiring harness). Am I safe to say that my ballasts died? I got my retro from CustomLightz and I called Bjorn telling him my situation and he said it's probably the ballasts, so I ordered some new ones, but what else could it possibly be?

Spark Notes: HIDs were working, turned car off, then tried to use headlights and nothing. All grounds and fuses good. Suggestions?

From the ballast? No. O and the relay is good...I can here that clicking when I turn them on or off.

i find it hard to beleive that both ballasts will die at the same time...very unlikely. check your wiring between your relay and the ballasts. you might have a loose wire somewhere.

i assume you are using OEM ballast and not some cheap korean kit...they should last VERY long.

If you are using ONE relay then both would go out. I would check that first, much cheaper.

Turned out to be the damn relay. I checked it and heard it clicking, but the ballasts were getting no power. $13 fix FTW....thanks guys.
