If i had a dollar for everyone with HIDs who said "wasnt hardly any glare!!!111"
i wouldnt be driving a $20k car i can tell you that.

Are we all talking about HIDs in the Honda Civics? It sounds like HIDs may be a problem in a lot of other cars but that Civics handle them well... or better than the vast majority of other cars at least.

And that is good enough for me.

The one question still lingering in my head is how long the SS Ultras last compared to an HID kit(Xtreme).

every car forum says the same thing.
everyone else has glare....but ours do great!

those are the first 2 examples i found when i went looking.
both loaded with glare.

Ok so there's a glare. Damn. It's not nearly as bad as other assholes on the road though so I'm sure I'd still be able to sleep at night.

I still would like to know about the life expectancies of the two things... SS Ultras and Xtreme HID's.
