Check out mine, did em last week
Yet another HID install w/ review (lots of pics) Yea the 10,000k was wayyyy too blue for me, went and ordered some 4,300ks Its pretty easy. Quick tips: You have to go through the fender for both sides, more the passenger side cause of less access. Edit: Its 1 clip on each side, stick a screwdriver in the middle of the clip and pop out the center of the it, then pull the fender back. Drivers side, pull the little coolant tank straight up, comes right out, easy access. |

Yes, it should fit. I'm guessing you went through their catalog and specified it for a 2006+ Civic? As long as it is replacing the 9006 low-beam bulbs, then it'll fit. 10,000K is a very purple/blue. I'd probably recommend something along the lines of 4,300-6,000K maximum.

I meant the clips on the fender wells. This is a nice DIY
My Civics HID DIY Installation I would put it at slightly brighter than stock w/ the 10,000k i had. Dont get me wrong i had a chepo $140 kit so yours'll hopefully be a bit brighter. Nah didn't get any tickets, had em on little under a week tho. Depends on the cop tho but i think he'd give you a fix it ticket. I havn't seen many ppl get tickets on here w/ HID's yet. |

I wrote that when i had the 10000k's in and was kinda depresssed. Each different manufacturers kits color is slightly different.
i would say get the 6000k ones if you want good visibility. The 10000k ones are crap so i went to 4300 for pure white so i think 8000k might be ok. Note he says he sells 6000-12000k but i asked him for 4300's and he sent them. Make sure you tell him you need 9006 bulbs and the color temp you want in the instructions for seller on the paypal page after you bought. Each of his HID pages are just general and he asks you to tell him what you want. |
