HID not working help needed!

Ok i did a retro of TSX projectors using HIDs here is my issue im using one of those D2S converter plugs where the ballast plugs would meet the bulb. My driver side is working perfectly my passenger side has been giving me trouble all day...and im fresh outta ideas!

I figured the plug might of been loose, or the contacts werent contacting well and tried to push the prongs out more and used foil to kind of fill in the gap maybe between the prongs and the blub contact stip only to have no luck...

any ideas would be great...

Update to this....Shortly after i posted this, i by the grace of god got them working(I think the grounding wasnt contacting the body well), aligned ect. I then proceed to my evening class with working lights....as you can imagine where this is goin....I finish class and start up my car and viola! i have no working headlamps!

after a few mins i realize that the HIDs were doing thier click start up crap...and assumed the relay shit the bed....Lucky for me i still had my stock headlamp assemblys in the trunk with the 9006 bulbs still plugged in...took the 9006 bulbs and did a ghetto fit of a 9006 bulb in a TSX projector just to get me home @ 11PM at night tommrow its back to the drawing board!

actually yes, but the results are pretty meh...After almost giving up on the whole bit, i gave it one last shot BUT using a PnP kit with the TSX projectors and the results were not to die for, but imo werent terrible eaither. my only issue is the light output being put downward, i dont feel im not getting enough of it and its difficult to judge weather they need to go up or down...Ive even gone and modifyed the base of the PnP 9006 bulb to be identical to the D2S base so it would fit into the projector slot perfectly...I can live this but im also saddend with my overall results...maybe over the summer when i have more time ill try this again though.
One is with the flash on the other is w/o it and no fogs...

Yah I tried that too but was having major issues with both driver and passenger sides working consistantly, then the eventual blowing of the relay(which i still have). Maybe when i have more time, once classes are done, and i can focus more on this ill take a part the relay and fix it, and try again, for now i can live with the other set up
