Should I buy this 6000k PNP Hid Kit for $102usd?

Hi I have a 2006 Civic Ex coupe Dark Royal Blue and I was wondering if I should buy a 6000k HID PNP Kit on ebay
It is from super_digi and cost $104usd shipped -9006 version correct?

The reason I am unsure is -
1) Will the do it yourself ones cause a lot of glare , i hate some cars where it really blinds on coming traffic BUT from the forum pictures- it seems even PNP Hid Kit for civic won't blind traffic?

2) Is 6000k a good colour if I want a simple clean white/blue

Thanks for your time,
Simon

If you want it go for it. I love my pnp kit, but some people complain because they are really bright.

really bright so I can see the road OR really bright that blinds on coming traffic?
There is the good bright that has no super glare - that is ideally what I am hoping for
If anyone has a PNP Hid kit installed could you please post or send me a picture

Thanks

Personally I would never buy a PnP (Plug and Play) HID kit and install it into a Halogen headlight housing whether its a reflective housing or a Halogen projector.

Not only is it technically illegal but your beam pattern would be horrible and you would most likely be blinding a majority of oncoming traffic with the glare you would be producing.

And if you are set on buying a PnP kit atleast buy one of decent quality, please don't buy the $150 special, you would honestly be better off buying a different set of halogen bulbs for your car. Honestly it won't last long at all and if a bulb blows on it or anything goes wrong with it the whole kit is basically garbage, you can't buy replacement parts for crappy kits.

If you want to educate yourself on HID lighting and possibly look into doing it the right way and doing a retrofit, I recommend checking out HIDplanet.com's forums.

I'm not a big fan of PNP kits for low beams but 6k-6500k seems to be my favorite temperate because of the color.
