K2 fogs..I think I have the wrong harness?

Please help if you have installed your own driving lights!
I think they sent me the wrong harness, like maybe for an '07? (I have an 06). I put the lights in the bumper last night, ran the harness between the lights, and connected to the 1-pin blue taped to the car and reinstalled the bumper.
Today I go out to finish the wiring in the inside, and I got problems.
1). Where the red/white wire goes into the 32 pin (middle) fuse box connector, the college hills instructions say there is a blue wire that goes into the 32 pin plug under the spot for the red/white wire. My sub harness has no blue wire to connect there.
2). The instructions say I should have rec'd a new turn signal switch (I thin that is necessary for an 07?) but I didn't.
3). On the end of the sub harness, where the red/white wire goes into the fuse box connector, there are two seperate blue plugs that I have no idea where they go. They are not listed in the instructions or shown in the diagrams.
4). I have the 1-pin blue wire connected under the dash correctly, and the ground wire grounded, and the relay plug into that end of the harness.
5). Fuse is in the correct slot (bottom row, 6th over from the right #17)
6). Green plug from sub-harness is plugged into the back of the fog light switch.
Lights don't work.
Anyone who has installed their driving lights: Do I have the wrong harness do you think? It must be because of the missing blue wire, and the extra 2 plugs.
Any feedback is appreciated. I guess I'm going to put all the interior pieces back together for now. I have nice amber driving lights that are cool as long as I don't want to turn them om! *feeling stress*

there's small differences, but all the plugs from the k2 harness go into the same place the oem harness connects to...

once everything is plugged in, you're good to go... make sure u test it before you screw back on the bumper.
