High Beams not level?

Is there an adjustment for High Beams on a 06 Civic Si.

trying putting in the left bulb in again. It might be out of it's socket and not put in correctly.

Yah, that's what I'd try too. Is the bulb seated correctly?

Is this any different than the typical cutoff for a LHD vehicle, where the light pattern is skewed up on the right to illuminate the side of the road better and down on the left to not blind oncoming vehicles?

So after work today I switched the bulbs and then the right one was higher so it was the bulb I was able to bend it a little while not getting oil or fingerprints on the bulb and it got a little better. So now i left it on the right side so when on the highway at night it will lite up shoulder.

Headlight aim...

I had similar problem, but low beams were off (driver's side noticeably lower than passenger side even with no one in the vehicle).

Try adjustment screw noted in other posts ("aim headlights"). I believe both high and low are adjusted at same time as they are part of same housing, but could be wrong (only one adjustment screw)...

I didn't try "long phillips screwdriver" from top". Rather, I pulled out coolant overflow tank (see owner's manual under replacing headlights) and adjusted bolt using 10mm wrench. I have '07 Hybrid, which has bolt marked in green marker with stock setting. Just adjusted today: raised both sides by 1 full revolution. Maybe this is too much, but will see tonight. Note, I live in area with NO streetlights and minimal traffic. My intent is NOT to bother oncoming drivers, and I will adjust downward if I get flashed.

There is only 1 adjustment bolt on the headlight's and it does the high and low beams .I see how low it is sitting on the passanger side and I have to guess you tried to put the light in without taking off the fender well! You went past the abs controller huh? I bet the bulb is only 2/3rds in try taking out 3 pop pegs from the fender well and reinstalling the light . If that fails check the housing if the bulb was installed wrong it may have melted your housing , hopefully not
