Mine should be here tomorrow (Tuesday) and with any luck and with the weather cooperating, I will be installing them on Thursday afternoon or Friday sometime. I'll take some pics for sure and get them posted up here.

OK........I finally got the new R8 style headlight assemblies installed over the last couple of days and here are the results. I didn't include any pictures of how to take the front bumper cover off of the car, as that has been covered on here many times. It was a time consuming project, as I don't do anything half way, and everything that was done, was done taking the time to solder connections if necessary, trim any wiring that needed trimming, and wire tying everything before I put it all back together.

Picture of stock car:

Start of project:

Passenger side R8 projector assembly installed:

Both sides installed:

Front end view with lights on:

And another:

And one without the lights on:

^^You dont read do you.............

Those look terrible........im sorry but not a fan at all. and the output even if you put HID's in it wont be anywhere close to what you would get if you did a retro the right way.........at least now you can take them to someone and get a real rojector put in it which would make them better but they dont look good imo..............sorry

xrated.. You should take a picture without the flash in the dark and from a distance to get a better perspective on how it looks.

This is my very first experience with projectors of any kind on any vehicle, so I'm not sure what you mean by getting some real projectors put in them? What exactly do you not like about them...the eyebrows, the? Everyone has different likes and dislikes and that's OK, but I am curious

I think maybe from a far without the flash we will be able to tell better. They look solid but the turn signal is what's killing it for me.
