Help On Foglights

Okay so i just bought type-s wheels + centercaps and got around $240 left. I'm looking to get clear foglights for my 2007 nbp lx coupe. I've searched and did a little research and I'm still a bit confused. Which ones are their out there and what are the disadvantages and advantages of them(price,quality,etc.). Also what's the best place to order them as well as the Lamin-x film that protects them. And finally how much should they cost me to install as I know nothing about installing wires and don't want to risk messing up my car.

K2 fogs. Dealer charges $300 to install.

how come for clear it says 06 and up and for yellow 1s it says 06-07. what does this mean. also is this the best price i can find them?(89.95 on k2motor.com)
