Is there any way to make the civic headlights turn off automatically like the Accord?

Accords have a delay when you leave your lights on for 20-30 secs while the car is off.. they turn off.

i know, these are both AMAZING. but last i heard he doesn't have a lot of time anymore, so him tearing apart what he has to make a DIY doesn't seem practical.
though i wish he did.
