Which HID/LED retailer is considered "good"?

I'm looking for a vendor/retailer of HID conversion kits, LED DRLs, and LED bulbs that isn't "ghetto" or "shortcutting" (i.e., crappy components that are made in Taiwan, etc.).

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Almost everything is Made in China or Taiwan.. etc...

I'm cheap.. so I go for eBay LEDs that are 5050 SMD. For HID, I go for DDMTuning.

It's just the LED chip that the bulb is using. However, there are many colors/temperature of it and it's really hard to find pure white from some sellers.
