what it is, is that Xenon Depot does not want competition
and id like to know if anyone can pm me the info on the mugen si parts :-P
as with a few of the unbusiness like sponsors on this site, many of my posts on this matter have been deleted in the past
the misunderstanding that competition is bad, is just that, a misunderstanding
competition is great for both businesses. Xenon depot however im sure (as they have REFUSED to respond to our repeated questions) does not want the competition from the vendor kassabain BECAUSE his product is as good as quality as the one they put out, and he offers a better warranty
their products CAN be traced to China... even if its Japanese engineered.. .its built in china, probably in the same factory lol

they dont care about flooding sellers jack, its just they want the flood of sellers and want an unfair market

i agree with orient (as i have in the past) they need to step up to the plate and let someone like Orient, who is definitely unbiased, test their product AGAINST the kit and PROVE they are better, instead of playing this damn game with this website

4300 is not as blue as 6000. I personally do not like 6000 on our cars. My friend has 6000 on his TC and it looks pretty good. 6000 starts to have a hint of blue. I have 5000k

i'm trying to decide if i want a little more looks or a little more function. the difference in lumens from 4300 to 6000 is a little significant. i do want something that looks a little blue, but ultimately has a lot of light, but not so much to have crazy glare. anyone know the output of the 5000k, or if this ebay seller has that as an option? cause it says it in the item title, but not in the body as an option.

where are some pics?

Installed them tonight, they look awesome, I'm totally satisfied. Went with 5000K. Will try to take some more pics tomorrow.

What about the daytime running lights

If installing high and low beam HID bulbs, do you have to take out the daytime running lights?

XenonDepot is not the only hid kit seller in here who SPONSORS the website where you're getting all your information and DIY's for FREE as well as knowledge about your cars. For all we know, honda-tech will gladly take you guys.

OK i finished, this is the workaround that i did because i did not get the last post until i was done. Hopefully the OP will take a look at it and let me know. In the first pic i found a spot that i could attach the ballast to but it was very hard to get to but with a little patience i got the job done. On the passenger side i had a little trouble getting the plastic under guard back on because it was very tight but it worked out. one thing that i noticed is that i had absolutely no trouble getting the drivers side and passengers side bulbs in the housing i never needed to change the O-Ring or anything just put them in and twisted no problems. the connectors were a little tight but a pair of pliers snapped them in with no issues. I'm still waiting till night time to make sure everything is OK i did turn the lights on in front of my garage door and noticed the the passenger side is slightly higher then the drivers side but i think this is normal for as you can see street signs and pedestrians.. on a side note i did not use any felt. on the drivers side you can see that it does not touch a thing and is out of the way but on the passenger side it does touch the plastic guard when you put it back together. if it is very important then i will put some on if not i would rather not take it apart again. I will take some pics tonight and post

Just a few question for the OP
1. Are the Bars supposed to go on the top or the bottom of the bulb
2. What is the best way to test to make sure that your lights are not blinding anyone. i have never touched the hight of the housing so there set the way the manufacture set it.
3. Is there a period of time that you can use the headlights before you turn them off and give them a rest.
4. If i wanted to go to 5000k do i have to get new ballasts?
5. noticing the diffrence bettween the hybrid civic and the LX civic you have stated many times that we do not need the harnest that connects to the battery. Is that only for the hybrid civic or does that also include the lx civic?

1) doesnt matter
2) go to a flat surface about 10 -20 ft from a wall and see if there is alot of light above the level of your mirrors, you should get the drill
3) on ave. more than 3 hours for any system can shorten life
4) nope, just new bulbs, above 5000k will cause eye fatigue for prolonged periods
5) TECHNICALLY for any civic its not NECESSARY, if its a garuntee that the ballasts are in PERFECT working order
theres a POSSIBILITY it may not, and if it pulls more amps than the wires are designed for you will burn out the wires. So for people willing to take the risk, PnP boys :-)
for those of us who dont have the money to take the risk lol wire harness lol

any other questions?

well i do know that the passengerside is slightly higher then the driverside but i think thats the way its supposed to be for pedestians and signs i will now take some pictures and video so that i can make sure this is correct. I do not have the harnest connected just PNP is it going to be a pain in the ass to now connect this harnest???

P.S. what do you mean get the Drill??
