I used the person that Mr. Orient Express recommended on Ebay. I searched using Kass-a-bain (without the dashes) and without the 9898. He has a BUNCH of options and his rating is great. I should have them in a few days.

I installed the 4300K kit (wanted most functional light output) this weekend and they look AWESOME. I took pictures but they do not do them any sort of justice. I highly recommend the 4300K, they are so bright and the color is comparable to stock 2nd gen TL/RL lights. Ordered Tuesday evening and received them Friday from China (same seller as OP). Worst part of the install is taking off those dang fender liner clips. I've done about 2.5 hours of highway and city driving since and got no flashes from oncoming drivers, even on rural stretches of unlit interstate. Very pleased.

i got my 6000k in today and i just could not wait so i installed them right away. i didnt think i could say this, but i am more in love with my si than ever before. the hid system is an awesome deal and i highly recommend. thanks to the op for the diy, it made the install go a lot smoother. i too have not had any problems with other drivers flashing, and i even got behind a cop and also passed an oncoming cop as well. no trouble. wow i cannot say how pleased i am with this setup. fog HID's here i come!!

Got the HID's in today. Only 3 days from China!! And I live in Va. How crazy is that? Anyway, got a set for my Civic and my girl's 06 Accord. I've got a whole days work in front of me. I'll let you guys know how it goes after install. I think we all need to thank Mr. Orient Express for the fantastic install pics and description. He is the one who sold me...

So, what else would you have to do to install high beams?

you would have to buy another set of ballasts and bulbs. it would be tough to find places to mount the ballasts.

I meant Nokyas are something. Can those work on the harness with the HIDs?

you know guys, i've noticed than if you use the faceplate, and you're driving at 70mph or so, you will hear some type of knocking. That is not your car, that is the mounting plate wiggling back and forth due to vibration.

What faceplate? The bracket thing that came to mount the ballast?

Same as Orient Express.
Never noticed any of that vibrating sound when they were mounted under the headlight.

If anyone reading this is having difficulty fitting their actual HID bulb in the housing unit of the headlight... have no fear I experienced this problem too. I found that my HID kit was correct in every way, only the tiny rubber "O" ring that fits at the base of the bulb was too thick to allow the bulb to screw in. A very minute problem that had me scratching my head for hours, lol. All I did was remove the rubber rings from my stock headlight bulbs, and switch them out for the HID bulb ones, and BAM! fit perfect. This may be a once in a lifetime problem but just in case your bulb will not fit either, that could be your simple answer to a simple problem, let me know if this helped anyone, thank you.

make sure the plug that goes into the OEM headlight harness is pushed in ALL the way. for me it was a tight fit and i had to push it in pretty hard until it clicked in. check all other connections as well.
