contact the seller first, and i will install mine saturday and ill let you know how i like it. i got 6000k.

and to change the size. click edit above the pic, and in the new screen it has a bunch of options, one is resize, click it and choose the size

and i think the reason they dont reach as far is because of the no projector thing.. but we will see!

Hi! I bought and installed this kit for almost 6 months already, and im loving it! But just recently, i've been getting flashes from other drivers (especially tonight, i got 3 or 4) indicating that my lights are too bright for them. What can i do to reduce the glare? I dont have the time or money to do a retrofit for projectors, so im hoping if anyone can help me with this.. whether changing the aiming, or putting on some eyelids..

hi Chris
you can exchange it for a 6000k .

but for saving the shipping fee , I get an advice that we can offer you 6000k at very low cost . it is 30usd for a pair of 9006 6000k . that mean we will pay the shipping fee .

is it ok . let me know please

i really have no idea what hes saying other than we can swap it out with no shipping, pretty sweet though

Edit: i spoke with him today and he said for 30 dollars hel send me 2 9006 6000k bulbs and that it will work with my current, kit does that sound right to you guys i dont know much about this

I tie-wrapped it to the battery hold down bolt thing.... the bolt infront of the battery.

yeah he means hes selling oyu 2 bulbs for $30 which i think is a pretty good deal from what ive heard, and since it saves you shipping back itd prob be a good idea to just do that. i think bulbs run about $90 a piece or something like that..google them and see what comes up

You don't need that.
Only cars with a sensor that tells you when a bulb is out need these. if you're not using the relay harness, can you give it to me?

BMW doesn't have blue/purple lights. Just thought I'd let you know.

you can't do anything about it. If you aim them lower, you won't see crap at night which defeats the purpose of getting HID's to begin with, huh?

every projector with HID has that due to light bending. They do not have purple lights lol

Bandit, striker is just addressing the technical side of things where you're addressing the visual side. You're both correct, but just in different meanings... The light will look purple from certain distances and angles because of how the light is bending due to the projector. That's why if they're far in your rearview, their car is jumping up and down bouncing "purple" beams at you, but when they're right on your ass, it's white...

is that why u opted for blue light though?
Because the bluer/purpler you get, the worse for your eyes it will be.
