I just ordered the 6000k kit i'll check in if my kit has capacitors. Is it possible that it needs caps for 8000k? Also would that cure the flicker problem some people been talking about?

yea removing the wheels is necessary but you dont have to remove the whole liner, just a few clips and then peel it back

i ordered on a monday night (morning in china?) and got my package on friday... impressive

i got a tracking number the next day

im trying to install my kit right now, it turns out its a 10,000k instead of the 8000 i asked for , but anyway the light just doesnt want to go in, ive tried everything and it just doesnt stay, any1 have any suggestions?

Edit: i just realized i cant get the bulb in all the way to turn it which is why it isnt staying, i tried spraying it with some wd40 to make it go in easier but its just to big, i dont know what to do

I shaved mine down a bit with a dremel and then put some vaseline on the base and it went right in.

so i just drove to work and hurt this weird noise on the highway, i get out of the car once i arrive and look under the car and its the little mudflap thing along with the plastic that holds it that was dragging, so basically the whole thing is shredded along with part of the wheel well where my intake is

[So here are some pics for my kit, i ordered a 8000k and got a 10000k kit, i love the look but it is very dissapointing as far as light output, i can see like 25 feet in front of me now and hardly anything on the sides, im not sure if maybe im just not use to it or what but its just darker and i dont feel safe dribing at night, i dont know what to do now, but im prolly just gonna return it and get another kit, im thinking maybe 6000 what do you guys think, i want some blue color to it so id rather not go 4000

The further you get away from 4300k(somewhere around there), the dimmer the light.

i feel like my 6000k kit doesnt reach as far (maybe a little bit less than my stocks), but the sides and area the light does hit is much brighter

i was thinking of adjusting my beams up a little bit, but then i dont wanna piss off other drivers.... and its not like i cant see well at night... because i can, so ill probably just leave it be
