Help with HID information

Ok, can someone enlighten me as to the difference of PNP and a full retrofit?
I am assuming the pnp is the easy way out, what all is involved in a retrofit?
Is it just changing the projectors to TSX or S2K ones? Is the wiring drastically different?

PNP is using a kit that is a 9006 bulb and plugs into the stock socket. It is what it is PNP. PnP provides TOOO much glare.

Retro is taking your headlights apart and placing OEM projectors into the housing. The is a substantial amount of work that is involved, But the output and performance is 10x better and has very minimal glare.

Retro also you use OEM equipment VS equipment that may last 1-2 yrs
