auto headlight off ?

i noticed with many other cars if you have the headlights on and then turn the engine off the lights remain on, but as soon as you open one of the doors, the headlights go off ...

that way when ever you start your car the headlights turn on by themseves and you never have to worry about forgetting them on ...

anyway i can get the same results with my ex coupe ??

I had auto headlights on my dinosaur of an Alfa Romeo and my husband has them on his Volvo. I love that feature.

does the timer turn off when the battery dies? They put the headlight warning chime there for a reason.

My old freakin 1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe had auto headlights (and auto seats, auto mirrors, auto steering wheel, auto windows, and this thing that automatically switched my high beams on/off depending if a car was driving toward me or not!)
