Fog Light Install (Aftermarket) Parking light & Fogs

I have installed an aftermarket set of clear white fogs that are identical to the OEM fogs for my 08 si... I would like for them to come on when i turn on my parking lights, as of right now they only come on when i turn on full lights. What do i need to do to make this happen?

I dont believe the aftermarket fogs have the relys as the OEM. That's the problem...Or does it really matter that much if i somehow by pass the relay?
