Hid's wont turn on

So the other day i went to turn my lights on all the did was turn on then instantly turn off...so i tried them again and the same thing happened but now they wont even turn on at all...I have the McCulloch hid kit with the wiring harness from retrofit source...i checked the fuse and its still good...anyone have an idea of why they wont turn on?

Under warranty? Return them.

Using a relay? Do you hear your ballasts? Check your bulbs, are they 'burnt' ?

well bulbs arent burnt just checked but now when the car is turning over they turn on but go right back out once the car is running

check the relay, prolly went bad and you arnt getting the power to keep them on..you should hear the relay click..

well i just disconnected everything then put it all back together and now the work...idk maybe i just had a loose connection

that is the problem with only using one relay for both ballasts. Both your headlights go out if the relay goes out. That is exactly why our Xtreme kits come with a dual relay set up. Each side has it's own independent fuse/relay meaning that if a fuse/relay ever fails only one side gets effected.
