does it look like OEM if i wanna install them on my civic ?

I dont think the new Accords come with HID they come with projectors but not HID's. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Rebased 9006 D2R will help SOMEWHAT with the glare. But HID is not made to be functional in a halogen housing.
