i seen someone selling them in the for sale section and they got them off of Ebay. I'm not sure what HiD's to get for my low beams and if i should change the DRL's and High beams. What do you suggest?

Yeah and then the next thing you know is that you'll need New Wiring for your stock bulbs and also maybe new Fuses...

I know LED are suppose to run cooler and more light. But I won't test this on my car... maybe an Older honda or Acura!

There are a lot of different LEDs available. LEDs that have high output also make a decent amount of heat. Obviously not as much heat as a halogen bulb. The problem is that LEDs dim if they over heat. This arrangement provides very little means for dispersing heat. There is no heat sink. candlepowerforums.com discusses this in detail. Thus I assume the output is lacking.

Edit: If I had bi-xenon retros, I'd want these to spruce up the stock off-white DRLs.

You can't use them to drive with.. they are only for making it look like you have white lights in your DRLS/highbeams or foglights.. they workgreat for running with your high beams on all the time.. they're bright but no where near enough to drive with. They don't get hot by the way, they don't heat up at all...

No, they light up half way which is still pretty bright. When you flick your high beams they go to the full 12V which makes them more then twice as bright.
